Pros
There are no good reasons. They don't go out of their way to keep good employees. Upper management is only interested in keeping money in their pockets. I have seen alot of talented people get terminated. I have been on this contract since day one and was treated poorly from management. No respect or appreciation from management.
Cons
You do not receive any severance package. They wait until the end of the day to tell you no longer have a job. The customer was more upset about losing me than ASMR. The human resources individual on the phone was very rude. I did not have a chance to defend my position. The customer is trying to get me back because he really likes me and said my performance was exceptional.
