Lack of clear strategy with a declining culture - Anonymous employee AO Employee Review

Hi, thanks for sharing your thoughts on AO. We're glad you're a fan of our AOers - we always want to build teams made up of like-minded people that are bold, fun, smart and caring. In certain departments, such as Sales and Customer Service, we do have regular award ceremonies and social events to recognise our AOers. We also put a huge amount of effort into equipping every AOer with the know-how and preparation to do their job to the fullest. Our learning and development teams constantly explore new ways to make our people the best they can be.
