Pros
Good benefits Good PTO Nice office
Cons
No raises. To get a raise you need to go through many hoops. False promises. They lure you in telling you they will help you become a recruiter. Instead they place you in an account and keep you there so you can’t advance to what they promised. No job security. You are hired in as “permanent” but then are given less than 24 hours of notice that they will lay you off. Clear nepotism. Those that survive the mass lay offs are favorites or related to higher executives at the company. Upon being notified of the layoffs you are placed in a “redeployment” period. Where they give you 30 days to find another position or be laid off. No help from anyone within the company to find an another position. HR is non existent. Unfair promotions and hiring. During redeployment was told I could only apply to coordinator positions as “I did not qualify” for a recruitment positions. However, promotions and recruiter positions are given to favored coordinators that have no experience. Clear discrimination. Job could be done remote, however was forced to go in to the office when everyone else on the team worked from home. Extreme micromanagement and expectations within accounts. You are given the job of 5 people and are paid very little. At the end of the day they expect loyalty, but they will lay you off without notice despite being you a good performer.
