Pros
The sound of potentially earning over 6 figures after many, many years is somewhat intriguing. Some employees and managers are friendly and claim they want you to succeed.
Cons
Very alpha male environment. Base pay is very low (lower than industry standards). Takes several months to to get into the groove but management isn't willing to give you those months before reprimanding you. Very "old school" way of thinking - rigid "stick to the script and step-by-step process" only. No room for creativity or suggestions. Very, very, very micromanaged. Tools and resources to succeed don't really exist. Either you meet your daily metrics and monthly goals or you're out. If you struggle, management does not care to be leaders or guide you to success.
