The company invested in professional development, offered flexibility, and promoted a culture focused on solving complex problems while improving the healthcare experience for clients and clinicians.
Cons
Like many large organizations, priorities could shift quickly, making it challenging to balance competing initiatives. Communication between departments could sometimes be improved, and decision-making occasionally took longer than expected because of the size of the organization.
