Great coworkers, lots of opportunity within the organization if your current dept isn't a good fit, lots of leads provided, huge database to prospect out of, lots of jobs to present to nurses/clients, exclusive accounts to direct nurses to, easy to book
Cons
Must maintain a high productivity level in order to be successful. The average successful recruiter maintains 60-70 travelers on assignment. Interdepartmental relationships are not great but there are attempts to mend those bridges. Overall the most frustrating part is the high level of productivity one must maintain in order to be successful.
