      The best reasons for working at American Homes 4 Rent are advancement opportunities, friendly staff, and AH4R is always finding new and exciting ways on rewarding its staff.

      Cons

      The 35+ min drive to work kills me. LOL However, working from home these days is a dream!

      Ethical Leadership - top down Upward mobility Excellent culture Excellent pay and benefits

      Cons

      The Training department is excellent, but more detailed and intentional training, including mentoring, is needed. A new hire or newly promoted employee does not know what to ask. Those who have held the position should communicate needs and help create more robust training.
