Thank you for providing feedback and we regret that you feel discontent with the way that ALS has handled the pandemic. We strive to keep all our employees safe and have implemented many safety protocols that have allowed us to do just that. We are also proud that we were able to remain open and continue to provide employment for many of our staff during this time. As with any weather situation, we always monitor the area and surrounding areas, as well as listen to the mayors orders to advise employees. Please send through additional details in regard to the alleged nepotism, favoritism and humiliating tactics as we would like to investigate these further. While we do have employees that refer family and friends for positions with our company we have policies regarding this, which we adhere to.
