      It offers a lot of flexibility in terms of work shift patterns alongside with an opportunity to gain experience and fast promotion. Good short term solution

      Poor management in terms of integrity and lack of real leadership witch demoralizes employees. A lot of accidental workforce which reflect on quality. Low wages

      Pretty much veryone is on the spectrum, so not much small talk is expected, noise-cancelling headphones and fidget toys are the norm.

      No pay increases. Like none. Ever.
