8yIn response to your comment regarding Sittingbourne and the 4 on 4 off shifts and the work life balance. I would like to advise you that we do have flexible working policies in place and many staff have applied for flexible working and in most cases we are able to accommodate their requests. The shift systems have been in place for a number of years and are outlined during the recruitment process.
We have introduced a salary progression system which is visible for all staff and there is definite progression available for employees as technical and behavioural competencies develop.
It is unfortunate that you do not seem to have explored what is available to you whilst you were in our employment.
