Pros

Very open to new ideas Very client focused Flat management structure, there's not too many heads between you and the CEO, sometimes that's good as you can easily find the right person to talk to, but sometimes it's tough as it can slow things down. Growing business which gives lots of opportunities to people starting their career

Cons

It's hard work for the amount of money when you first start. There is a lot of pressure from the clients so there's the need for shift work to meet those needs. The business is constantly focused on growth so managers are very busy all the time, though that's a pro if you are good enough to shine and be noticed.
