Pros
Entry level pay progression scheme implemented in food, based on skills and achieveable objectives. Always busy with new business and acquisitions coming on board. Could be communicated better.
Cons
Not as IT savvy as should be for a large company. Not joined up in that area. Managers can fail to deliver messages to the teams.
