Management sucks, i struggled with rate and was shown my bosses computer and I pointed out to her that it was counting very wrong, I had 900 cases picked for a 6 hour day and it said that my rate was barely over 100/hour and when i asked about it and pointed out someone had a higher rate than me with with less cases picked and more time clocked in I was told to just pick faster, Pick rate of 172 (increased recently from 167 i believe) and they fired plenty of good workers for not being able to meet it, the layout sucks and they keep changing and making it worse and harder to stack things, constantly changing policies
