Pros
Good pay if you can get the hours, good work mates and colleagues. Other than that not much. Possibility of promottion if you are really prepared to brown nose.
Cons
The manager is stuck up and arrogant. What he says is right and that is the end of it. One mistake and your on till all day, getting shifts you don't like, and getting your hours cut back, with threats made that you will be sacked. The wrong people are getting promoted to deputy manager, while the good honest hard working staff are ignored. One deputy manager was promoted to assistant manager just because the store manager fancied her.
