good pay, can pick up shifts, flexible schedule management is competent. You get 3 dollars a week as a bonus towards new work shoes. Paid every two weeks. Yearly raise.
Cons
Run around like crazy busy. Instead of learning one department like dairy or meat and being really good at it you have a crew of stressed out sometimes unorganized people who are all only half good at their job.
