Pros
The money and the benefits are the only good part about this place. The money isn't that great and there's little room to move up.
Cons
Everything else. This place is a joke. The management treats you like crap as do the district managers, which are kids straight out of high school with a god complex. They always play favorites and look for any excuse to fire someone if they don't like them. An assistant manager had been with the company 25 years and was fired 2 months before retirement so they didn't have to pay her. A store manager finally quit after nearly 25 years because she couldn't take it anymore. Stay far away from this god forsaken place.
