Access to large and interesting projects. Technical workers are very good. Reasonably flexible on where to work from. Typical benefits.
Cons
Large company so individual contributions are not acknowledged much. Pay is on the lower side and it's nearly impossible to promote from within since higher levels are nearly always external regardless of in-house experience.
