Since it's a publically traded company, the management only cares about profits and making money. Too much focus on big, money making projects, rather than the small, more worthwhile ones. Company claims they're trying to make the Earth a better place, but I have a hard time buying it. We get bare-bones vacation and holidays and jsut aren't treated well.
