The pay and working culture should appeal to most candidates. I know I enjoy my colleagues and we have a good time at work.

The hours are long and it is difficult to get time off. I would recommend allowing greater work flexibility.

The company embraces cultural diversity. It is a great place to learn your trade after college because there are many different individuals with different backgrounds from different places around the world. It encourages junior personnel for growth within the industry.

May not be a great place to work for an employee seeking a long-term career in just one company. The principals are all male and missing female engineers which the company could benefit by providing a different point a view into problem solving.
