ABKJ interview questions

Folks need to avoid wasting time even applying for positions with this firm. I applied and was asked to schedule an interview. I gave times and never heard back. I followed up three weeks later and was told that my qualifications and experience did not match up - which is utter B.S. because they were the ones asking me to schedule an interview. This firm cannot read job descriptions because they kept telling me I did not qualify despite the fact I had all the experience and requirements. Washington Licensed Structural Engineers are hard to find because so few of them are licensed. If this is how they schedule interviews, I can only imagine how they design their buildings and bridges - which may be pretty bad!

The interview was not that bad. Be prepared to go over your resume in depth. I first received a phone interview which mainly was concerned with my communication skills. The on site interview was about an hour long.
