Pros
I've been with A&R Solutions for several years now and I love the team environment. The pay is very competitive and benefits are good. They seem to focus on the long-term for keeping employees, which I like. They encourage and pay for training. Some days I work from home. Management is very good to work with.
Cons
This company growing very fast. New customers are being added all the time and there are more staff being hired regularly. With that comes the growing pains and the need for more processes. They're working on it and there is a lot to do. There is also the need for overtime once in a while, but management has been fair about compensating for that.
