-Lack team-based work culture at current location -Have to figure a lot out independently until you go through training at the corporate office, such as building estimates, making special orders, etc -There’s not enough time in the day to finish customers’ estimates after helping the salesmen’s customers, the yard workers, and all the walk-in customers -7AM-6PM work days, 5-6 sometimes 7 days a week, mandatory overtime -Infuriating POS system
