      Good bonus system for associates, sales people and management, rewards hard work Advancement in career can happen in 6 months 84 allows individual store managers to run their store to their market conditions Making relationships with customers

      When new employees start we throw lots of information at them that can be over whelming. Very demanding job on home life.
