      Pros

      Excellent chance at promotion. The entry-level training programs that are in place are informative and create an opportunity to learn a lot in a short period of time with no prior experience in the industry. Provides a chance to work with great people every day.

      Cons

      Staffing at some locations is an issue. Long hours are expected. May be at the mercy of the elements in certain locations. You must be willing to relocate to move up within the company.

      Excellent management, people take an active interest in your long term development in house.

      Cons

      Inflexible corporate expectations, reform and proposals don't appear to travel far past people you can see.

      Pros

      Good benefits, pay is decent. If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.

      Cons

      You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.
