The owners / c-suite of the company are only interested in profits and the next "event" to maximise their share holdings.
They will deploy staff to toxic clients who abuse you daily, they don't care. As long as you are billing they are winning.
You will be sold training and personal development opportunities, but these will only ever materialise if a customer demands specific expertise or badges to do the work. Otherwise you will be asked to learn in your own time.
You are expected to work your hours for your customer, and then do everything else (like staff management, training etc.) in your own time.
They treat you like a resource, not a person. When you are used up, you are discarded.
