If you are looking for a place to learn politics- 1E is the right one for you. Its a family owned business and the owners (3-4 of them) are basically crazy.
DO-NOT join the India office. No matter who you are and how good you are, the two ladies (you know who) will make it a living hell for you. And if you are really good at your job, you are in for a war!
This place is just for incompetents so if you fall in this category, 1E will be a disneyland for you. The funny part is the highest number of incompetent people work from the Noida office.
On top of all this, people are highly judgmental (especially the two ladies). Be careful who you talk to. 1E is a place where stories are created, the most stupid ones.
In other words, if you are a sound human being who is interested to learn and grow or do some challenging work- please DO NOT join 1E, no matter how much you are lured. It's all a trap.
