      Disfunctional avoid life is too short

      Pros

      Not a bad location Compensation is pretty good Some good people When you leave they will shorten your notice period or "let you go straight away"

      Cons

      A very unprofessional work environment in the Dublin office Zero respect from management for those that are not part of the core Do not expect to give any input or have it considered only a chosen few seem to "know" anything, everyone else is basically wondering why they where hired You will experience or witness bickering almost on a daily basis and if you are really "lucky" you may even be sworn at Very high staff turnover in the Dublin office > 50% in less than a year, moral is on the floor Nothing is written down or documented within the Dublin office all important communication is verbal, to ensure not trace ability Goal posts constantly shifted, always to your determent, it also ensures no trace ability

      Pros

      Mostly very decent people. You'll probably learn more about how not to do things in a shorter space of time than anywhere else you might imagine. From the awful consequences of a complete lack of engineering discipline to an apparent complete management disconnect from anything approaching reality, it's all here. If you've been working in some relatively sane environments, want to try something new, and are looking to test what you have learned in a new environment, this is for you. You'll see clear examples of virtually every conceivable kind of failure and learn to avoid at all costs for you next move. Which should be fast.

      Pros

      You can own the part of project and lead it to completion.Work can be mostly hectic .Requirement gathering also comes as part of QA ,which might be insufficient to complete the work.If you really want a challenge in career,you should try this.

      Cons

      QA function not in tact .Better management needed.Better communication needed as a team.Can improve the QA process & value in general .90-100% turnover of QA in an year which is not good for the company .
