- It seems the majority of the leadership are out of their depth, no-one more so than the CEO. There are clearly favourites who should no longer be with the business and so, more often than not, decision are made by people who don't know what they're doing and refuse to listen to those who do.
- To underline some other reviews I've read - SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS ARE TONE DEAF and are all too often posted by a CEO who says one thing publicly and behaves very differently internally. His constant references to the importance of people and culture is not evidenced by the way he acts when running the business.
- It appears from the outside that no-one dare argue with the CEO for fear of being fired. 2 recent senior departures (who were well liked in the business) has only led to that belief being strengthened.
- Morale is at an all time low and many of the best people will leave before long, and it's already started to happen.
