      Pros

      Startup company where there is still a lot to do so you can kind of tailor your job.

      Cons

      - Not enough means, they are not professional at any level and everything is homemade. - Their management methods are bad, objectifs are set either difficult to reach or not given at all to pay the less possible. Unable to motivate employees, promises are not kept. - The product is really bugged and all internal teams and customers suffer from it. - Board of directors = control freaks but in the wrong way.

      Pros

      Open minded environment, no politics, nice colleagues. Collaborative environment. Everything is done "in house" so everyone is "close to the fire". Expanding/Growing. Nice challenges and opportunities coming along every day. It is a French/European company, meaning emphasis on work ethics is different, and that is a positive things!

      Cons

      Nothing out of the ordinary concerning a startup that is growing fast. Paris traffic and public transport can be challenging. Maybe the French Mentality or Culture for an international company could be awkward from time to time, but most of the time it has a positive turn on things.

      Just about everything: Good people, good pay, good environment, surrounded by competence and drive, open and accessible management, unique market niche and good direction.

      Cons

      Corporate micromanagement from across the ocean.
