Cons
- hours are catered toward pacific time so shifts are 2-10pm ET - understaffed during my work term since so many employees quit, this gave a 6-person work load to 2 people - do not provide any breaks, often times work is piled up so much that it is impossible anyways - management is manipulative, makes up lies to appear as though your work is insufficient - management is lazy, throws extra work load onto co-op students who are already in over their heads - the company itself steals money from their customers and front line deals with angry/upset customers all day - management forces co-op students to hide the truth about the customer's money when they lose classes that they pay for - management is unprofessional, host meetings to criticize co-op students right in front of co-op students and yell and swear at co-op students - pay is monthly and even then it is often late
