Thank you for providing feedback on your experience at EarQ. I would like to start off by mentioning that we only have ONE employee here at EarQ with the title of SEO Strategist and he has approached management out of concern for his reputation to explain that he did NOT write this review. Also, even if he did, which he didn't, the facts are inaccurate as our SEO Strategist has not even been here for 2 years. That being said, I am sorry that you have not had a favorable experience at EarQ and that you do not feel comfortable approaching management with these concerns. While we certainly do encourage employees to provide feedback in person or through online channels like Glassdoor, we do not explicitly ask staff to write favorable reviews for us. We encourage them to share both the positive and negative aspects so that we can review them and address any issues or concerns. While we do agree that recruitment and retention in general can be a challenge, we have actually had a very successful year and have hired 12 new employees since January. We are also very proud of the fact that we have some staff who have recently celebrated between 5-10 years of employment with the company. These employees have actually grown and developed here at EarQ and some have even been promoted to leadership roles. In regard to the business, we are actually having one of our more successful years to date, and with the addition of more sales staff we expect that to continue to increase and improve.
