Too many cons to list here. The company is not making money and is at a huge loss. They also don't pay good salary so people leave as you are expected to work over 50hrs sometimes. The management on the other hand doesn't do any work or take any decisions but just attends meetings and forwards emails. The processes in this company are basically non existing. Every team makes there own processes without consulting others. This results in chaos and absolute anarchy. There is no culture of team work but only to pump your own career which is why people who are less competent but good with their boss get promoted.

In the software department, technically wise everything is way more advanced than on average in the market: only cloud-based solutions, the latest technologies, and frameworks, 100% CI/CD. A lot of room to grow as an engineer here. Also, awareness that you work on the product that makes the world a bit greener and better motivates you.

The industry is relatively new and the product team doesn't always know what features the market needs. But it gets mature with time

The working atmosphere at EVBox is what I like the most about the company because it's not that corporate, it's dynamic, chill, also there's a lot of diversity. From my experience, I felt a great connection between teams, always willing to help, which facilitate the work to be done efficiently and accurately. There's also a big commitment to a more sustainable future.
Cons
A lot has changed since I joined the company, the management at the beginning was kind of lost, some lack of structure but after a couple of changes and some stabilization, it seems like it's getting better. Apart from that, there's nothing negative to say.
