1 step is applying online, once selected you go to the next step for a phone call with HR, if positive you will come to the office for F2F interview with hiring team, there might be an additional interview with management if required.

4 rounds of interview which is one hour each and it was a waste of time because the same question is being asked repeatedly by different people. Did not filter candidates based on each interview progress where else they made all the candidates go through the whole process.
