Pros

None at all stay away

Cons

New management are bullies, don't care or listen to employees act like they do but beware. Big egos and sneaks. If you want to feel miserable going to work everyday then this is the place for you. New management driving what use to be a a good place to work into the ground just a matter of time until it happens. If you happen to interview there make sure management has been there more than 4 years then you might be ok. Under that run.

Thank you taking the time to write this review. We take feedback seriously and always strive for improvement. The company has grown in a short time from a small business to a global organization with more than 500 employees worldwide. The leadership team has been laser focused on ambitious goals for the company over the next few years. Through our quarterly town hall meetings, company events and recognition programs, we are working hard to make an effort to seek feedback and connect with as many of our employees as possible. We appreciate that you took the time to share your opinion so we can reflect on it to ensure that others feel valued for their hard work and dedication to the company.

Pros

Unfortunatley there arent any Pro's for this company.

Cons

The management and staff likes to sell this 'we are family' atmosphere. The managers do not spend time training new hires, you get passed around to anyone that has a free minute. You sit at your desk hoping for a project, info - anything,

ESG prides itself in promoting a family atmosphere and for its success in maintaining a great work, life, balance culture. Even the most successful companies in the industry have things they strive to improve upon. It is also made clear to every member of the ESG new hire team that the energy industry technical subject matter can be challenging for business professionals who join the organization from another industry. The ESG family encourages independent learning and embraces one on one training, along with daily classroom learning as part of a very progressive, strong training program, which we change through constructive feedback. Our company will continue to welcome the right candidates from any industry to join our team to further strengthen the customer service and employee experience. If you fit that criteria call us for an interview or visit our website at: energyservicesgroup.net.

Pros

The team members you work with daily are the best!! Unlimited pto. Opportunity to learn complex industry.

Cons

New management has destroyed the culture and ultimately believe they will destroy what we worked so hard to build. Sadly, years after coming on board they still don’t “get it” and will lose clients with the changes they are making. Large lay-off last year and this was the response I received from HR in my review within days after being let go (along with almost 30 others) when I have the con in my review about long hours: ‘...WE HAVE AN AGGRESSIVE HIRING PLAN...’.... the fact that someone responded with this after a huge layoff is indicative of how out of touch they are.
