      I felt this was the most toxic workplace I've ever been in. Zero integrity from leadership whatsoever. There was zero trust. Ironic, considering their name. Gave them a 1 since 0 isn't an option

      I would say the unlimited PTO but there’s an imaginary cap on that as well

      Cons

      We are desperately understaffed and C-Suite does not care and constantly onboarding more clients. We are not supported at all.

We take feedback around workflow and support seriously, and recent efforts have been focused on improving team capacity, strengthening manager accountability, and creating more structure around development and performance management. Regarding PTO, our intent is to provide flexibility while maintaining alignment within teams, and we continue to reinforce expectations so that time off can be taken in a way that works for both employees and the business.       Hardworking colleagues throughout both offices

      Cons

      Very bad leadership in the greek office. Micromanaging, and doesn’t have any clue of what is going on. Everyone else is doing the work for them, and they are only treating people poorly. They lack clear leadership and often appear unqualified for the role, showing favoritism towards employees who flatter rather than challenge them. It seems that they ALWAYS feel the need to assert their authority and appear threatened when others receive recognition, which can result in unfair treatment. Their close relationship with the other executives unfortunately protects them from accountability.
