      Pros

      You get to work in video games which is fun. Cool break room.

      Cons

      Top heavy company with too many "executive leaders" who are either unqualified or clueless about what direction to take the company. Promotions don't always go to the hardest working or most qualified people. Bad health benefits.

      Good for entry level. Great people and atmosphere. People who are passionate about video game industry.

      Wages are low. Management and overall business seem to be treading water.
