      Incompetent Leadership Lacks Vision (Information Services)

      One of only a few places to work for IT Professionals Reduced membership fee at the Wellness Center

      Cons

      Management is a joke HR is a bigger joke Turnover is ridiculous You're not allowed to use your brain Lying and backstabbing are accepted behavior Racism is very blatant and appears to be tolerated at the highest levels

      Pros

      It is a good place to start when you are right out of school and still trying to gain work experience.

      Cons

      The pay is not competitive and the health benefits are ridiculously expensive. Management micromanages staff. And while there are a few staff who are genuinely nice, majority are "fake nice", narrow minded, and are not culturally competent.

      Pros

      It's just a Job and that's too bad. Morale is so low in my department and no one cares. Countless people have left. No One Cares!!!!!

      Cons

      Unqualified Management in positions that they do not qualify for. Read this as favoritism. Unresponsive HR in general. Grievances go nowhere. What exactly is the IS turnover rate? In 5 years I can't think of a leadership member who has lasted longer than 2 years. Wow. What a record. Is that the hiring bonus threshold or what? As if that is not bad enough HR does nothing to correct it. Just look the other way.
