Pros
Fast-paced working environment, great colleagues, impactful work, growth opportunities, and supportive executive team. Really enjoyed the work we were doing to expand education access. Had the opportunity to work hands-on with students even though my role didn't dictate it.
Cons
Typical financial instability of a startup. There were ups and downs with co-founder conflicts but generally the working environment was good. We always operated very lean, so you would frequently do work outside the scope of your responsibilities.
