Amazing compensation, great benefits (individual and family), and coworkers are friendly and supportive.
Cons
At the beginning there is no work/life balance. It takes a varying amount of time (6 months to 3 years) to get a comfortable/reasonable schedule. The eight hours of work can be spread over a 12-hour period.
