Durham Region Transit interview questions

I was asked to come in for an interview where they asked about how I would handle different situation that may occur while driving a bus. I was also asked about situations in my previous jobs when I had to deal with difficult customers of various ages.

I was pulled in, and seated at a table with two interviewers. Asked a lot of questions on Customer service. They are a very public based company. They were very friendly and easy to respond to.
