      -Competitive pay and benefits -Friendly office staff -Always have the proper equipment to do a job -Most jobs are close to the yard in Livermore -Learn a lot very quickly -Reputation for doing good work -Plenty of opportunity for upward mobility

      -High-stress environment in a high-stress industry -You will work a lot of hours -Difficult to take time off -Sink or swim culture -Must have thick skin

      Good Bay Area Location (Livermore, CA) Nice office and shop

      Cons

      Brother/Sister Family owned Company Both without prior Construction Company Experience Non-Union Terrible employee benefits: No vacation the 1st year, no 401K match High Turnover in the field and in the office Micromanagers Unwilling to accept any other way of doing things. Very stubborn management team.
