engage in cutting edge computer vision projects and papers . learn new frameworks in a quick time . ceo is very knowledgable 2 days weekend off
Cons
salary pending always especially during your notice period. very poor management of employees . no ethics in the company boss can drive you nuts

Pros
Learning plenty of new frameworks, working in a lab like setting, trying out new stuff on deep learning, reading papers and understanding deep concepts, informal atmosphere
Cons
Need to be ready to learn concepts quickly, have to ramp up really fast, direct exposure to the CEO who's also very technical is not exactly negative, but can be intimidating if we are not upto the mark. Can't slack off and expect to be taken lightly.
