      Pros

      Compensation Office location Not any other pros to thing of. I am trying realy hard here

      Cons

      I have worked in great companies but this is not one of them. People are expected to work crazy hours in this company. This has lead to many people having burnouts. People who were the best workers in general. Also people were asked to slowly come to the office but they hid from the employees that there was a corona outbreak from someone at the office. #keepPushing

      Pros

      - Exciting industry - can change the world. - Some good people within the business - At a great stage of growth and stimulating, heavily funded so a lot can be done.

      Cons

      - As seen in majority of other reviews, leadership are very poor and this had led to a culture of rudeness, overworking, mini empires. - The company need to get serious about having impact and helping, a marketing trick tbh. The company is built to serve the investors, employees are meant to be looked after overcrowded market with zero USP so it's grow at all costs. - Too much attrition, people out of the business with no sign of why. No exit interviews etc, worst part of the business is HR and the leader who got demoted because of how poorly it was run says it all.

      Most of the company values are fairy tales

      Pros

      - Fully remote. - There is a significant degree of flexibility in how you perform your job. - Good atmosphere within the team.

      Cons

      - The company does not value loyalty. - They pretend that they care about employees but they don't (organizing shallow events and activities such as going to the office with a warm sweater is not going to improve things). - In many departments (ground team or customer support), employees are comparable to cannon fodder: expendable. - Management lacks emotional intelligence.
