Pros

Nothing really low wage and hard on mental health.

Cons

The worst place I've worked with regards to bullying and staff talking about each other behind their backs. Dogs only get 1 walk a day for 15 mins results in all the lower level staffs mental health being affected as the only reason they stay in the job is for the love of the dogs. Awful management, managers live on site in their houses and hide away most of the time some of them don't even know the dogs names in their care. More about money then anything else in this company.

Pros

-Rewarding seeing sick abandoned dogs getting transform and getting rehomed. -Made some good friends during my time there.

Cons

-Highly micro managed to the point mangers don't trust staff. -Bullying across all departments rampant to the extent that a few employees walked away from their jobs on the spot. -Being told to target specific vulnerable people for money which I found immoral. -Wasting valuable funds on uneccessary items. If the public/celebrities knew they would not be supporting this charity. -Run on a business model, which takes it away from what it was set up for. -Very badly understaffed. Canine Carers so stressed. Dogs are stressed because not enough manpower to care them properly. -Seriously low wages for Canine Carers. -Very toxic work environment.
