This is not what you think, it is a collection agency. If you are a Paralegal, this job does NO Paralegal work whatsoever! Make this the last resort, if you can't find a job. Company stopped contributing to the 401K, it was supposed to stop in January, they stopped in December. They stopped providing company paid health insurance (which was a very high deductible anyway) and gave you one week to figure it out. Do not expect a bonus, that was a lie. (Seems like that is standard in the offer letter) It's already hard to find employment, but it's worse to find something that wasn't what was presented to you and then you have to go through the whole looking process again.

People appear professional and the pay is high, but you quickly learn that many people are not very capable in their jobs. Business decisions are constantly made by a select group of "insiders" who have worked with the founders for decades. Management perpetuates a rumor mill to character assassinate those who thoughtfully challenge the decisions of the "insiders".
