I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Discovery Health Partners (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2019
Interview
They had two managers. Basically, they wanted to be sure that the person to be hired was a good fit for the company. It was more informative and less questions.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Discovery Health Partners (Ban Phone Savang) in Jun 2021
Interview
I was initially interviewed by the HR recruiter. I then was set up to interview with 3 other employers including department managers and legal department. A couple days later I sent an email thanking them all for taking time out to talk with me. A week or so after that I requested a status on job placement. I never heard back from anyone. I never got a decline email, letter. It was as if I didn't exist to them, like the interviews never happened. I find that very unprofessional of a company who can't respond with a simple "you weren't selected" email. I applied for multiple positions within this company. All of which I was overly qualified with experience. I felt the interviews went well. It's impossible to know what I need to improve on when you hear nothing back. Very disappointed in the whole process.
