Terrible communication from board level to lower stakeholders. Too much red tape for technical team. Too many people in Technical roles that aren't technical enough to add real value.

Poor leadership in the Singapore office. Person at the top bullies other female employees. Shouts at them and humiliates them, especially if other employees are around to watch. Picks favourites and tries to turn employees against each other. Says things like “for me, women are the problem” and “she must be having her time of the month” about other women in the organisation.
