      Pros

      I like the great benefits and compensation.

      Cons

      Members of the leadership team often voice negative opinions about employees that they don't like in front of other employees. This behavior creates an uncomfortable and unprofessional work environment. Employees don't trust leadership. One might wonder why a company this size only has 38 responses.

      As we step into 2018, I’m going through reviews to see if we followed the recommendations that staff took the time to provide. Did we? Are we treating employees like professionals as you suggested? It would be helpful if you could provide an updated feedback, and I thank you in advance for doing so.

      Beware the reviews that are--so transparently, written by a member of the small senior staff, trying to offset less favorable reviews. These reviews are clearly reactive and one can tell by the language ("join us") that they are not written by our contemporaries, but rather by senior staff desperately trying to control this platform--a platform that they can not control. Even to those of us with many years of experience in the workforce (!), Dexis is a very problematic place with lots of talk about how they hope to improve, rather than actions toward that stated goal.

      Pros

      Dexis was much better off before Fernando joined.

      Cons

      CFO is very bullish, arrogant and stupid. He has no understanding of accounting and contracts, brought 3 of his people who are "Yes, Sir" type. All of them are from the non-profit world, and they're incompetent in their fields.
