1. No Increment in Salary 2. No appraisal in Salary 3. No skill development 4. Graduate Engineer Trainee has 1 lakh bond of 3 years. Most disgusting things. 5. No fixed date of salary. 6. All mad old people in the same place. No ethics, no culture in this company. 7. Half pay medical leaves; that's very disgusting. 8. People are not treated well, there is no proper communication method, salary is very poor, 9. When you resign, you have to payout the full gross amount instead of the basic part of the salary. 10. Shanta Ghosh is the most 3rd class owner of the company. Two of the 3rd class managers of Chemical Cells are Mr. Atanu Chakraborty and Mr. Subhra Mitra. 11. Staffs are very egoistic. There is no empathy among staff. 12. No promotion or growth for years. Salary increment is after 10 years of service. Never Join DCPL!!!! A strict warning. It will ruin your life.
