Not many pros to be honest it was a pretty miserable experience. If you are a mindless robot this is the place to be. if not, look somewhere else.

Cons

warehouse is located right next to a dump so you have the pleasure of your entire office being infested with nats!

No pros as they disrespect drivers by lying about pay and available miles before you are hired.

Cons

Job offer said pay was $28 per hour. Reality was that I was paid only $15 per hour. They steadily hire new drivers but regularly send current drivers home stating no loads. Don’t work here unless you are okay making the equivalent of minimum wage due to their bait and switch tactics. You can work at Mcdonalds for the same pay.
